Replacing animals in research is an innovative, forward-thinking approach to science. It’s better for animals, it’s better for humans, and it’s already happening. But we want to see more progress, faster, and we can’t do it alone. It takes persistence and a community of people who care enough to push for change.  

We receive no government funding. Everything we do, from supporting researchers, to creating practical tools like our Lush Prize shortlisted replacement checklist, to running grant programmes and working directly with institutions to put replacement at the heart of their research, is funded by our supporters.
