Do you want to be a part of one of the worlds most iconic races and help create a future where no animal suffers for science?

With over 55,000 runners and thousands of spectators cheering you on at every step, the London Marathon offers an atmosphere like no other!

Since 1981, millions of runners have enjoyed the route past famous landmarks like Tower Bridge, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace.

From day one of lacing up your trainers to the big day itself, the team at Replacing Animal Research will be there to support you.

Together, we can build a better future for animals and humans.

Wheelchair and Assisted Entry Information

We welcome and support wheelchair users and disabled participants who wish to fundraise for Replacing Animal Research.

If you require an assisted wheelchair entry or accessibility support such as a support runner due to a disability or medical condition, these arrangements are managed directly by the TCS London Marathon organisers and cannot be allocated through our charity place programme.

This is a requirement set by the event organisers and not a decision made by Replacing Animal Research.

Runners selected

All applicants will be contacted by the 31st of July 2026.

Event date

The London Marathon will take place on Sunday the 25th of April 2027.

How to register

To secure a place please complete the application form with details of why you would like to run with us and how you will achieve your fundraising target. Each application will be reviewed and our runners will then be selected.

Registration Fee: £30 (Not eligible for gift aid)
Minimum Fundraising Target: £2,000 (Excluding gift aid)
Minimum age: 18+
